Shaq gives a family of 11 two cars, and his acts of kindness extend beyond that.

Shaquille O’Neal is arguably one of the most renowned basketball players in history. His fame extends beyond his impressive skills on the court to his remarkable generosity!

Throughout the years, numerous stories have emerged showcasing Shaq’s kindness. He’s frequently spotted covering others’ restaurant bills and leaving substantial tips for servers.

The Collins Kids, a well-known Instagram account featuring a family of nine siblings, have developed a friendship with Shaq, who often visits them to spend quality time together.

Managed by Karissa, the mother of nine, the Instagram account has garnered over 350,000 followers. Shaq had been in touch with the family through Instagram and decided to visit them earlier this year.

On his initial visit, Shaq devoted time to the children, showering them with attention. Karissa later shared in a post, “He came in and played ‘Watch Ya Mouth’ with the kids, loved on them, encouraged them, entertained them, took pics with them, gave them gifts, encouraged us as parents, and just showed us so much love.”

Although this heartwarming encounter was already special for the family, the legendary athlete had more in store. A few months later, he contacted them again and surprised them with dinner. “Last night we had a surprise visit from Shaq. He took us to dinner as a family at Babe’s Chicken. It was so much fun to just hang out and eat dinner with him,” Karissa shared.

Even though this made the family very happy, Shaq wasn’t done yet. The following day, he brought them to a Mercedes dealership and ordered a custom 15-passenger van for them, which they were scheduled to receive in mid-July.

The family was astonished by his generosity, and the children were overjoyed, hugging their hero repeatedly.

But Shaq’s kindness didn’t stop there! The family dined with the NBA legend once more, noting how he spread joy throughout the evening.

“He then took us to dinner at Rainforest Café, where he paid for another table’s entire meal—not knowing they were from out of state and here on missions. And then he tipped our waitress $1,000 after her car broke down today,” Karissa recounted.

During their second meal together, Shaq learned that the father of nine was experiencing problems with his truck’s air conditioning and heating, which hadn’t been functioning properly for some time.

Without hesitation, Shaq decided to act. He took the family to a Ford dealership and purchased a new truck for the father!

The family felt incredibly blessed! Beyond his generous gifts, Shaquille O’Neal spent meaningful time with them, for which they were immensely grateful.

Karissa shared, “He also spent time encouraging us and loving on our children and speaking life into our family.”

It’s evident that Shaquille O’Neal is a remarkable person. Not everyone with his level of wealth is as generous.
